We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on damaged or unopened items purchased within the last 21 days. Please note that limited-edition items are final sale and can’t be returned.
Once our returns team receives your item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days (often sooner).

Free Returns & Package Protection — How It Works
If you add Redo at checkout, we’ll include a prepaid return shipping label with your order. That means eligible items can be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.
Want it even easier? Redo also offers optional doorstep pickup by the carrier for an additional fee.
If you choose not to add Redo, no problem—you can still return items through our portal, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Redo also includes package protection, giving you peace of mind by allowing you to file a claim if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
